摘要
高校要保证大学生核心价值观培育和践行的实效性,既要大张旗鼓地正面宣扬,更应建章立制,以制度为基础,确保培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的顺利开展。高校管理制度既是大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的内在要求,也是大学生培育核心价值观的重要保障。高等学校应以高校的章程为基础,以学生管理制度为重点,加强和完善高校辅导员、教师及其他高校管理和服务人员的管理制度建设,努力构建管理制度立体保障体系。
The students in universities are the future and hope of our nation, their value orientation determines that of the whole society. The universities should assure the pragmaticality of cultivating and practicing the core values of university students, promoting them vigorously and establishing new regulations, which are based on management systems to make sure that cultivating and praticing the socialist core values will be carried out successfully. Management systems in universities are not only inherent requirements of cultivating and practicing socialist core values but also important assurance of cultivating core values for students. We should focus on student management systems, on the basis of regulations and rules, strengthen and improve the management systems of instructors, teachers, and other managers and staff in universities, strive to establish the comprehensive assurance system.
