摘要
该研究首先就医院科研经费管理存在的问题,从多方位进行了剖析:管理制度的不完善;医院层面的管理失控;科研相关职能部门的不协调;科研绩效缺乏评价机制等等。其次,对存在的问题需采取的对应措施:人员素质的培养;信息化支持;管理部门间的沟通;审机部门的监督。最后,说明了在实践操作过程使用科研经费重点需注意的问题。
Recently national audit investigation found a huge amount of research funding was taken, research corruption caught public attention again. This article first analyzes hospital management research funding problems in many aspects： imperfect management system and management control of hospital level; uncoordinated relevant departments; lack of research performance evaluation mechanism and so on. Secondly, take corresponding measures to the problems： improving the quality of personnel; providing information support; enhancing communication between departments; Strengthening audits supervision. Finally, it illustrates needed attention should be paid on the use of research funding during the practical operation.
