摘要
目的分析风险防范式护理在妇科护理管理中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取该院2012年12月—2015年2月收治的90例妇科患者,随机方法分组。术后观察护理期间常规组患者实施常规护理管理,风险防范组患者加强风险防范式护理管理。对比分析两组患者术后观察护理期间护理风险事故发生率、护理满意率的差异性。结果术后观察护理期间风险防范组患者护理风险事故发生率明显低于常规组,经过χ2检验显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险防范组患者护理满意率明显高于常规组,经过χ2检验显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科患者术后观察护理期间加强风险防范式护理干预有助于减少护理风险事故,提升护理质量,对促进临床护患关系改进有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the Risk-style care in gynecology nursing management application effect. Methods Subjects selected hospital from December 2012 to February 2015 were treated 90 cases of gynecological patients, randomly grouped. Were observed during the implementation of routine nursing care routine management of patients, risk prevention patients strengthen risk prevention care management style. Comparison of the two groups of patients were observed during the accident rate risk nursing care, nursing satisfaction rate differences. The results were observed after treatment of risk prevention accident rate risk group of patients was significantly lower than during the routine care group, through statistical software chi-square test showed that the data were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Risk group patient care satisfaction was significantly higher than the conventional group,chi-square test through statistical software displays the data statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion gynecological patients were observed to strengthen risk prevention type nursing care during the nursing interventions can help reduce the risk of accidents, improve quality of care, to promote the improvement of the clinical nurse-patient relationship is important in.
