摘要
目的探讨葛根芩连汤在急性肠炎患者治疗中的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2012年3月—2014年1月收治的急性肠炎患者42例为观察组,行葛根芩连汤治疗,另选同期该症患者42例为对照组,行西医药物治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后症状积分情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前症状积分无明显差异,治疗后观察组症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率为4.26%,明显低于对照组14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性肠炎治疗中,葛根芩连汤具有显著效果,能有效改善患者临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects Gegenqinlian treatment of patients with acute enteritis.Methods 42 cases with acute enteritis were selected in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2014 for the observation group,another 42 cases for Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of the patients during the same period as control group,western medicine therapy to observe the curative effect of two groups of patients,the symptoms integral before and after treatment and adverse reactions.Results The observation group of the total effective rate was 92.86%,significantly higher than the control group for 78.57%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the patients in the two groups before treatment the symptom integral no significant difference after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than that of symptom integral the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the observation group the incidence of adverse reaction was 4.26%,significantly lower than the control group 14.29%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acute diarrhea,Gegen Qinlian decoction has obvious effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptom of the patients,and the safety high,it is worth the clinical promoted application.
