摘要
采用精练酶881对纯棉纱卡织物进行退、煮、漂一浴法前处理,探讨了精练酶881用量、双氧水用量、浸渍时间和稳定剂硅酸钠用量对处理后棉织物性能的影响。通过实验得出最佳工艺条件为:精练酶881为25 g/L,双氧水12 m L/L,硅酸钠8 g/L,100℃条件下浸渍50 min。精练酶881一浴法处理工艺简单,对纤维损伤小,处理后的棉织物各项性能指标均优于常规法前处理工艺。
Desizeing, scouring and bleaching of cotton fabric was treated in one bath with scouring enzyme 881, and the effects of 881 dosage of scouring enzyme, hydrogen peroxide dosage, soaking time and amount of sodium silicate on the properties of treated cotton fabric were studied. The optimum technological conditions were determined as follows:scouring enzyme 881 25 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 12 mL/L, sodium silicate 8 g/L, 100 ℃ under the condition of dipping with 50 min. Scouring enzyme 881 with one bath method treatment is simple, which has little damage to the fiber, and the properties of the treated cotton fabric are better than those of fabric by the conventional method.
