摘要
为了研究低温地区温拌沥青混合料的路用性能,选用降粘型温拌剂RH为研究对象,以马歇尔标准试件的空隙率为控制目标,在达到与热拌沥青混凝土同等压实度的前提下,确定RH温拌沥青混合料的拌和及压实温度。并通过马歇尔稳定度试验、车辙试验、劈裂试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水马歇尔稳定度试验分别研究其对混合料的高温性能、低温性能和水稳性能的影响。研究结果表明:与普通热拌SBS沥青混合料相比,RH温拌剂的掺入降低了沥青混合料的拌和温度约15℃,高温抗车辙性能显著增强,低温性能得到提高,水稳性能有所改善,是一种适合低温地区使用的沥青混合料。
To study the road performance of warm mix asphalt mixture in low temperature area,using warm mix additives RH with viscosity reduction property as object of study,and taking the porosity of Marshall standard specimen as target,mixing and compaction temperatures of RH warm mixed asphalt mixture were determined under the premise of achieving the same degree of compaction as hot mix asphalt concrete.The effects of RH warm mix agent on high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability performance were studied respectively through Marshall stability test,rutting test,split test,freeze-thaw split test and immersion Marshall stability test.The experimental results showed that comparing with the common hot mix asphalt mixture SBS,RH warm mix agent can reduce the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture about 15 ℃,enhance significantly the anti-rutting performance at high temperature as well as low temperature performance.In addition,water stability also improved.Therefore,RH warm mix asphalt is suitable for application at low temperature region.
