摘要 通过对改性沥青和掺加减粘减阻剂后改性沥青的动态温度扫描测试以及不同温度下的粘度测试,建立了粘温关系曲线,并从3大指标指标试验、SHRP沥青结合料路用性能规范、高温稳定性试验和混合料效果评价4个方面综合评价了减粘减阻剂的作用效果。研究表明:掺入3%SLA-603型减粘减阻剂后可以使改性沥青135℃的表观粘度降低50%,路面使用温度下的车辙因子G/sinδ提高3~6倍,该减粘减阻剂的合理掺量为沥青质量的3%~5%,并且加入5%减粘减阻剂可以降低沥青混合料的初碾温度15℃,因此SLA-603型减粘减阻剂是一种有效降低沥青粘度、提高沥青混合料高温稳定性的外加剂。 Based on dynamic temperature scan test result and viscosity at different temperatures, viscosity-temperature relationships of modified asphalts with and without viscosity reducing additive were established, And the effect of viscous reducing additive is evaluated in terms of three basic indexes, SHRP performance evaluation, high temperature stability as well as mixture behavior, The results show that adding 3% SLA-603 additive to modified asphalt makes 135 ℃ viscosity of asphalt decreased by 50%. And at normal temperature G^*/sinδ of modified asphalt with this additive becomes 3-6 times higher than modified asphalt without SLA-603, The proper content of the additive is 3%-5% of asphalt weight. Adding 5% viscosity reducing additive can reduce field initial rolling temperature by 15 ℃. Therefore, this additive is proved effective to reduce viscosity of asphalt and enhance high temperature stability of asphalt mixture.
