摘要
目的探讨健康教育在老年骨折患者围术期护理中的应用效果,为今后的护理工作提供思路。方法以自2014年1月—2014年12月期间,该院骨科收治的100例老年骨折病患作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上在围术期内对患者进行相应的健康教育,对比两组患者不良事件发生率、健康知识掌握率、护理依从性及护理满意度。结果 1观察组的健康知识掌握率为90%、护理依从性为92%,护理满意度为100%,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2观察组不良事件发生率为12%,对照组不良事件发生率为28%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年骨折患者围术期开展相应的健康教育能够有效提高患者的健康知识掌握程度,降低压疮、坠床、下肢深静脉血栓等不良事件的发生,有助于提高护理质量。
Objective Through the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed perioperative health education in elderly patients with fracture in the perioperative nursing application effect, to provide a reference for future nursing work. Methods 100 patients with elderly patients admitted during the period of January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital department of orthopedics in December as the group of patients with fracture were selected, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group on the basis of routine nurs-ing care in perioperative period of patients with health corresponding education, compared two groups of patients the incidence of adverse events, the rate of health knowledge, compliance of nursing and nursing satisfaction. Results ①Of the observation group health knowledge master rate was 90%, the compliance of nursing was 92%, nursing satisfaction was 100%, significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance, P〈0.05. ②in observation group, the incidence of adverse events was 12%in the control group, the incidence of adverse events was 28%, the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance,P〈0.05. Conclusion In carrying out the corresponding health education to patients in the perioperative period can improve patients health knowledge mastering degree of fracture in the elderly, reduce pressure ulcer, falling out of bed, deep vein thrombosis and other adverse events, help to improve the quality of nursing.
