摘要
目的:将中医护理用于老年骨折患者护理中,观察和分析其对患者疼痛和便秘的影响。方法:选择2010年1月—2013年12月期间所收治的72例老年骨折患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将此次研究对象分组为对照组和中医护理组。对照组:实施常规心理护理和健康教育等护理;中医护理组:在对照组常规护理基础上实施中医护理。观察两组患者护理前后疼痛评分情况及发生便秘人数、术后并发症、住院时间、护理满意度。结果:护理前,中医护理组疼痛评分为(6.78±1.05)分与对照组(7.01±0.95)分比较(t=0.159,P>0.05)。护理后,中医护理组疼痛评分为(2.62±±0.71)分与对照组(4.68±0.84)分比较(t=2.431,P<0.05)。此外,中医护理组发生便秘率和并发症率及护理满意度、住院时间分别为2.78%(1/36)、5.56%(2/36)、(96.64±1.23)分、(12.36±2.31)d与对照组13.89%(5/36)、11.11%(4/36)、(90.01±2.24)分、(18.65±2.41)d比较(P<0.05)。结论:将中医护理用于老年骨折患者护理中,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,降低便秘和并发症发生率,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective ： To observe and analyze the effect of TCM nursing on pain and constipation for elderly patients with frac- ture. Methods：From January 2010 to December 2010,72 elderly patients with fracture, according to the random number table method, were grouped into control group and traditional Chinese medicine nursing group. Control group ： implementation of routine psychological nursing and health education, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine nursing group：on the basis of conventional nursing, TCM nursing was used. We observed two groups＇ care pain score and the number of occurrence constipation, postoperative com- plications,the length of time and nursing satisfaction. Results：TCM nursing group＇s pain score was （6. 78 ± 1.05 ） points and it was （7.01 ±0. 95） points in the control group points before nursing （t =0. 159,P 〉0. 159）. After nursing,traditional Chinese medicine nursing group＇s pain score was （2.62 ±0. R71 ） points and it was （4. R68 ±0. R84） in the control group （ t =2. R431, P 〈 0.05 ）. In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group＇s occurrence constipation rate and the rate of complica-tions and nursing satisfaction and the length of hospital stay were 2. R78% （ 1/36 ）, 5. R56% （ 2/36 ）, （ 96. R64 ±1. R23 ） points,（12. R36 ±2. R31） d and those of the control group were 13. R89% （5/36） ,11. Rll% （4/36） , （90. R01 ±2. R24） points, （ 18. R65± 2. R41 ） d （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： TCM nursing for elderly patients with fracture can effectively reduce the pain degree and the incidence of constipation and complications, shorten in-hospital time and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
