摘要
目的分析探讨医院护理管理中护理干预对内科患者临床恢复所产生的效果。方法选取该院内科病房收治的100例患者资料,其中50例接受常规临床护理(对照组),另外50例在常规护理基础上接受一定的护理干预(实验组),对比两组患者及其家属对于护理工作的满意度、患者在临床护理过程中症状情况及护患纠纷的发生几率。结果常规护理基础之上的护理干预,对于提升患者及其陪同家属的满意度、减少患者于自评量表中记录所提到的不良情绪(如恐慌、焦虑、烦躁及敌对等)及降低护患纠纷等方面效果显著(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理管理过程中开展护理干预,对于有效提升患者预后质量,平复患者恢复期不良心理情绪,提高患者及其家属对于医院护理工作满意度十分有效,这一护理思路值得被推广应用。
Objective To investigate the hospital nursing management of nursing intervention on clinical medical patients recovery effect produced. Methods Hospital wards in 100 patients treated in recent years data, 50 patients received routine clinical care(control group) and 50 patients received some nursing intervention(experimental group) in the usual care on the basis of comparison of the two groups patients and their families for nursing job satisfaction, the probability of patients in the clinical symptoms of the care process conditions and nurse-patient disputes. Results Routine care based on nursing intervention for patients and their accompanying family members to enhance satisfaction and reduce patient in bad mood checklist mentioned in records(such as panic, anxiety, irritability and hostility, etc.) and reduce nursing disputes and other aspects of the effect is significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion To carry out the medical care management process nursing intervention to effectively enhance the quality of patient prognosis, calm adverse psychological and emotional recovery of patients, improve the patients and their families is very effective for hospital nursing job satisfaction, the care idea deserves to be widely applied.
