摘要
目的观察慢性乙肝合并糖尿病患者的护理方法及效果,提高康复率。方法搜集2013年8月—2014年8月该院接受的慢性乙肝合并糖尿病患者62例,按照不同的护理方法分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规肝病护理模式,实验组采用综合护理模式。观察并对比对照组与实验组的护理效果。结果实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖水平复常时间和治疗方案实施总时间明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论慢性乙肝合并糖尿病两者相互影响,治疗上不能像慢性乙肝或者糖尿病单独的那么简单,护理也不是两种疾病简单相加,通过积极的护理干预,有助于患者对疾病的正确认识,掌握自我护理能力,提高治疗疗效,值得推广。
Objective To observe the nursing method and effect of chronic hepatitis B patients with diabetes mellitus,and to improve the recovery rate.Methods 62 patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with diabetes in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were divided into control group and experimental group.Observe and compare the nursing effect between the control group and the experimental group.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the complication was less than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group（P〈0.05）.The total time of the blood glucose level and the treatment plan were significantly less than those in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B patients with diabetes have mutual influence,treatment can not be as chronic hepatitis B or diabetes alone so simple,care is not the simple addition of two kinds of diseases,through active nursing intervention,help patients with disease,the correct understanding of self nursing ability,improve the curative effect,it is worth promoting.
