摘要
医疗单位的业务技术人员在长期的医疗活动、卫生工作和科研实践的过程中积累了大量的业务资料,这些资料能够全面地展现医务人员的个人业务发展过程,是医务人员的学术水平、业务能力以及工作业绩的主要凭证,能够直观地反映本单位医疗技术所处水平。建立健全医务人员业务技术档案管理工作,有利于增强医务人员的整体医疗能力和医疗素质,推动我国医疗队伍的整体建设和发展。
Medical units of the business and technical personnel accumulated a large number of business information in the process of long-term medical treatment activity, health work and scientific research practice. These data can fully show personal business development process for the medical staff＇, They were main documents of the academic level, business skills,and performance which can reflect the unit medical technology level intuitively.
