摘要
目的通过检测肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿喘息组、非喘息组和正常对照组儿童血清白介素-33(IL-33)的水平,以探讨IL-33在MPP发病过程中的变化及意义。方法选取2013年6月—2014年8月间丽水市人民医院确诊为MPP的45例住院患儿作为观察对象。根据患儿病程中有无合并喘息和(或)气急症状及肺部闻及哮鸣音分为喘息组和非喘息组,其中喘息组15例、非喘息组30例。同期收集门诊健康体检儿童25例作为正常对照组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测MPP各组治疗前、治疗后及正常对照组血清IL-33的水平。结果喘息组和非喘息组治疗前血清IL-33水平均升高,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,喘息组血清IL-33水平高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),非喘息组血清IL-33水平与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。喘息组与非喘息组比较,治疗前2组血清IL-33水平均升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,喘息组血清IL-33水平仍高于非喘息组,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论IL-33可能参与MPP的免疫炎症反应,MPP伴喘息者血清IL-33表达时间较MPP非喘息者长。对MP感染伴喘息患儿要高度重视,早期进行干预,以减少日后喘息的发生次数。
Objective To investigate the serum level of interleukin-33( IL-33) in children with wheezing Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia( MPP),non-wheezing MPP and normal controls,and explore the roles of IL-33 in pathogenesis of MPP. Methods Forty-five children with MPP in our hospital were divided into wheezing group( 15 cases) and nonwheezing group( 30 cases) according to the clinical symptoms( wheeze or not) and pulmonary signs from June,2013 to August,2014. Meanwhile,twenty-five healthy children were chosen as normal controls. The serumlevels of IL-33 of all observers were measured before and after treatment using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays( ELISA). Results Before treatment,the serum levels of IL-33 were significantly higher in all children with MPP than normal controls( P〈0. 05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-33 in wheezing group were still elevated compared with the control group( P〈0. 05),but there had no difference between non-wheezing group and control group( P〉0. 05). To compare with wheezing group and non-wheezing group,the serum levels of IL-33 were both elevated with no difference before treatment( P〉0. 05),but the serum level of IL-33 in wheezing group were significantly higher than in non-wheezing group after treatment( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The results of this study suggest that IL-33 maybe involve in mechanisms of MPP and is expressed for a longer duration in children with wheezing MPP than the non-wheezing ones. We should pay high attention to the wheezing children infected by MP and intervene early to induce the frequency of wheezing exacerbation.
