摘要
目的:探讨血清IL-18、IL-33及FeNO与儿童支原体肺炎的相关性。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年3月本院收治的肺炎儿童127例,根据肺炎支原体(MP)抗体水平分为MPP组70例和非MPP组57例,另选取同期健康体检儿童60例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清IL-18和IL-33水平,FeNO检测仪测定FeNO水平及肺功能检测仪测定用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力呼气流量25%、50%及75%(MEF25%、MEF50%、MEF75%)。观察比较三组肺功能指标,分析血清IL-18、IL-33及FeNO水平和FeNO与IL-18、IL-33相关性。结果:三组各肺功能指标相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);MPP组各指标均低于非MPP组和对照组,且非MPP组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组血清IL-18、IL-33和FeNO水平相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且MPP组各指标均高于非MPP组与对照组,非MPP组各指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MP患儿FeNO与血清IL-18和IL-33均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-18、IL-33及FeNO均在MPP患者中明显升高,对临床鉴别诊断MPP具有一定诊断价值。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum IL-18,IL-33,FeNO and mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method:A total of 127 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were divided into MPP group (n=70) and non-MPP group (n=57) according to the level of MP antibody,another 60 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of IL-18 and IL-33 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).FeNO level were measured by FeNO detector.Forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume (FEV1),forced expiratory volume 25%,50% and 75% (MEF25%,MEF50%,MEF75%) were measured by FeNO detector.The pulmonary function indexes,serum levels of IL-18,IL-33 and FeNO,and the correlation between FeNO and IL-18,IL-33 were observed and compared.Result:Compared with the lung function indexes among three groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The indexes of MPP group were lower than those of non-MPP group and the control group,and non-MPP group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant Significance (P<0.05).Compared with the serum levels of IL-18,IL-33 and FeNO among three groups,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);and the indexes of MPP group were higher than those of non-MPP group and the control group,and the indexes of non-MPP group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).FeNO in children with MP was positively correlated with serum IL-18 and IL-33 (P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum levels of IL-18,IL-33 and FeNO in MPP patients are significantly increased,which has certain diagnostic value for clinical differential diagnosis of MPP.
