摘要
目的探讨内镜治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年2月~2014年4月收治的胃黏膜下肿瘤患者60例进行研究。将患者随机分为实验组、对照组,每组30例。实验组患者采用内镜治疗,对照组患者采取常规手术方式治疗。结果两组的完全切除率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。实验组中,出现2例动脉搏动性出血,1例创面少量渗血,1例上腹部疼痛,对照组分别出现6、5、6例,实验组的出血、上腹部疼痛发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。实验组患者对治疗的满意度为90%,高于对照组的60%（P〈0.05）。结论内镜治疗胃黏膜下肿瘤能减少患者局部出血,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果,在临床上具有重要意义。
Objective To explore clinical effect of endoscope treating submucosal tumor in stomach. Methods 60 patients with submucosal tumor in stomach from Febryary 2012 to Apirl 2014 treated in our hospital were selected and studied.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group（n=30） and control group（n=30）.Patients in experimental group were given endoscopic therapy,while patients in control group were given conventional operation method. Results There was no statistical difference of complete resection rate between two groups（P〈0.05）.In experimental group,there were 2 cases of arterial pulsatile bleeding,1 case with a small amount of bleeding wound,and 1 case with upper abdominal pain,while it was 6,5,6 cases respectively,and the incidence rate of bleeding and upper abdominal pain in experimental group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Satisfaction degree of the experimental group（90%）was higher than that of control group（60%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscope treating gastric submucosal tumor can reduce local bleeding in patients,reduce the incidence rate of complication,improve the therapeutic effect,and it has important significance in clinic.
