摘要
目的:对应用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术对患有浅表性膀胱肿瘤疾病的患者实施手术治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:选择某院收治的患有浅表性膀胱肿瘤疾病的患者86例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组43例。采用常规手术方式对对照组患者实施治疗,采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术对治疗组患者实施治疗。对比膀胱手术操作时间和术后住院治疗时间、浅表性膀胱肿瘤疾病的手术治疗效果、在膀胱手术的围术期内出现的不良反应。结果:治疗组患者膀胱手术操作时间和术后住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;浅表性膀胱肿瘤疾病的手术治疗效果明显优于对照组;在膀胱手术的围术期内出现的不良反应明显少于对照组。结论:应用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术对患有浅表性膀胱肿瘤疾病的患者实施手术治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in the treatment of patients with superficial bladder tumor.Methods：86patients with superficial bladder tumor disease treated in one hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients of control group were given conventional surgical treatment,and patients of treatment group were treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor.Then compared bladder operation time,postoperative hospitalization,treatment effect of superficial bladder tumor surgery,and adverse reactions in bladder surgery perioperative period of two groups.Results：The bladder operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the treatment effect of treatment group of was significantly better than that of control group.The adverse reactions in bladder surgery perioperative period of treatment group was obviously less than that of control group.Conclusion：The clinical effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in the treatment of patients with superficial bladder tumor is obvious.
