摘要
介绍常用醇烃燃料乙醇、甲醇、生物柴油以及汽油理化性质,通过以乙醇汽油燃烧特性及产物的排放为例进行分析,探讨火焰切割金属的基本原理,提出利用醇烃燃料火焰切割金属的工艺方法,同时也对醇烃这种清洁可再生燃料的火焰切割方法的未来发展作出展望。
In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of common alcohol hydrocarbon fuels like ethanol ,methanol,biodiesel and gasoline are introduced. Tile combustion characteristics and emissions of ethanol gasoline are analyzed to discuss the fundamental of tlame metal cutting,and a new method of cutting metal by using alcohol hydrocarbon fuel flame is put forward,and the future development of this flame cutting method with the clean and renewable alcohol hydrocarbon fuel is expected.
