摘要
根据热力学理论分析和讨论了氧甲醇汽油的燃烧过程,分析火焰燃烧时各区域的产热及其能量平衡关系,计算了甲醇在不同混合比例下的火焰燃烧理论温度。根据当前国内甲醇汽油的应用情况,提出利用氧甲醇汽油作为金属氧气切割方法的新型燃料。通过一系列切割试验表明,氧甲醇汽油在甲醇比例为10%~50%范围时,火焰燃烧稳定,切割质量优良,能满足普通钢材的火焰切割要求。
The burning process of oxygen methanol gasoline was analyzed and calculated based on the thermodynamic theories.The equilibrium relations between the Ileal production and energy of evel"y regions during the flame burring was analyzed ,and the theory burring temperature of with diftk^rent mixture ratios was also calculated.Based on the actual application state of methanol gasoline, using the methanol gasoline as a new fuel of the metal oxygen cutting method was proposed.A series of cutting experiments indicated when the ratio of methanol t, nder 10%-50%,the oxygen methanol gasoline burring stability,and the cutting quality was good,it couht meet the cutting demand of the common iron.
