摘要
文章研究了毛型针织物的耐磨性能,采用多元回归分析法对其耐磨性能进行评价。利用2种不同线密度的羊毛纱线与毛/腈纱线在STOLL电脑横机上进行1×1间隔组织编织,改变织物的密度,对其耐磨系数进行测试,之后建立多元线性回归模型,对其耐磨性能进行评价。结果表明:未充满系数对织物的耐磨性能有一定的影响,在一定范围内,毛型针织物的耐磨性能随着未充满系数的增大而变差,当未充满系数为20~24时,其耐磨性能最佳,多元回归模型评价方式可为耐磨性能的评价提供参考。
This paper is based on the study of the abrasion resistance of wool knitted fabrics, used the method of multiple regression linear analysis method to evaluate the abrasion resistance. Two different linear density of wool yarns and wool acrylic yarn were knitted in STOLL computerized knitting machine with the spaced knitted structure 1 ~ 1 ,when the density was changed, the abrasion resistance was tested, then the model of regression analysis method was set up to evaluate the performance of anti- abrasion. The conclusion can be made as follows: the underfill coefficient can be effect the wool knitted fabric abrasion resistance, to a certain extent, it can be seen that the performance of anti-abrasion becomes more worse with the increasing of underfill coefficient. When the underfill coefficient came to 20 - 24, the anti- abrasion was best. So it can be offered useful evaluation for the abrasion resistance of wool knitted fabric.
