摘要
通过调节横机弯纱三角的高低位置来调节其弯纱深度,在不同弯纱深度条件下分别编织了纬平针、满针罗纹、2+2罗纹、罗纹空气层、畦编、半畦编等在羊毛衫中常用的几种组织;并通过测试,对织物的未充满系数、面密度、透气性等各项性能与弯纱深度之间的关系进行了分析并得出了回归方程式。结果表明:横机弯纱深度对织物的未充满系数、面密度以及透气性影响明显,弯纱深度越大则织物线圈增长,造成织物疏松,面密度下降,透气性增强。
By adjusting the sinking depth of flat knitting machine,this paper gave out the regression equations between linear modulus of switch,weight per squre meter,air permeability and sinking depth,about plain,full rib,2 + 2 rib,milano rib,cardigan and half cardigan,which were used in woollen sweater usually.The results indicated that the increase of sinking depth resulted in the decrease in weight and the increase in the air permeability of fabric for the longer loop length.
