摘要
目的探讨清肺散结汤治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床疗效。方法随机选择该院收治的60例腺样体肥大患儿,随机分为对照组(30例,接受通窍鼻炎片治疗)和观察组(30例,接受清肺散结汤治疗),比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者总有效率分别为93.3%和70.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,在临床症状积分和腺样体体积积分方面,观察组显著低于(P<0.05)。结论清肺散结汤治疗小儿腺样体肥大的疗效确切,患儿临床症状改善明显。
Objective To explore the clear lung fights soup clinical curative effect for the treatment of infantile adenoid hypertro-phy. Methods Select our hospital of 60 cases of children with adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into control group （30 patients receiving treatment： rhinitis tablet） and observation group （30 cases, treated with clear lung fights soup） in the two groups, to compare the treatment effect in two groups of children. Results The observation group and control group total effective rate was 93.3%and 93.3%respectively, in patients with significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）;After treatment, the clinical symp-toms and adenoidectomy volume integral, the observation group was significantly lower than（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clear lung fights soup cure infantile adenoid hypertrophy curative effect, clinical symptoms improved significantly.
