摘要
重症患者补液治疗监测与评估非常重要却又存在明显分歧。目前的目标导向液体疗法要求医护人员根据患者的病史和合并症以及手术类型确定具体的治疗目标，以满足患者的个体需要的观点受到重症学界认可。本文旨在对目标导向液体疗法进行文献回顾，讨论相关研究证据以及对未来的期待。
Goal-directed liquid therapy should define specific therapeutic goals in order to meet the individual needs of our patients, especially for critical cases. A patientrs medical history and comorbidity as well as the type of surgical procedure are important aspects that must be considered. The present chapter aims to provide a comprehensive review of the development of goal-directed fluid therapy, discuss the current evidence and provide an outlook on future concepts.
