作为高校体育运动中重要的一环,网球教学的发展必不可少。不同的运动对身体各项机能的要求各不相同,而在网球的训练中对步法技术的要求是最基础也是最重要的。所以,除了要解决高校网球教学存在着场地不足、供需不平衡、专业教师人才缺乏等问题的同时,加强高校网球教学中的步法训练也是提高网球教学有效性的必然要求。
As an important part of college sports, the development of tennis teaching is essential. Different exercise on the body of the function requirements vary, but in tennis training requirements for footwork technique is the most basic and most important.
