摘要
在医院的护理质量管理工作中,护理安全是最核心的部分,同时也是医院生存的根本与患者及家属的基本需要,是医院最重要与直接的指标。随着人们法律意识的逐渐提高,护理工作中存在的安全隐患问题越来越突出。同时ICU护理工作具有一定的复杂性与特殊性,家属的期望值高,因而是医院最容易引起纠纷的科室。因而,ICU危重患者护理工作中的安全隐患进行研究,再提出有效的管理措施,有效避免医患纠纷问题的出现。
Nursing safety management is not only the most important part of the nursing quality management in hospital, but also the fundamental of hospital survival and the basic needs of the patients and their family. Nowadays people’s legal consciousness is gradually improving, the problems of nursing safety in more and more prominent. Because the nursing in ICU ward is more complex, disputes often happen in there. Therefore, analyzing the safety management of ICU ward is im-portant. The paper analyzes the potential in the ICU nursing, and puts forward effective management measures to effectively avoid the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes.
