摘要
地方高校为了办出特色,更好地服务区域经济发展,在国家政策引导下,结合自身办学特点向应用大学转型。在此背景下,教师教学实践能力不足的弊端日益凸显,已无法满足应用型人才培养的需求,对教师实践教学能力的提升也迫在眉睫。文章从转型背景下地方高校教师实践教学能力提升的必要性切入,对教师实践教学能力提升现状中存在的不足进行剖析,从学校和教师两个层面探索教师实践教学能力的提升策略。
Nowadays, local universities are transforming to application-oriented universities under the guidance of national policy with their own characteristics, in order to better service regional economy. Under this background, the weakness of teacher's practical teaching is becoming more and more prominent, which has been unable to meet the needs of the application-oriented talent cultivating. The paper analyzed the necessities and problems in the improvement of teachers' practical teaching abilities and explored the strategies to improve teachers' practical teaching abilities from the aspect of universities and teachers.
