滨海环境区梁构件碳纤维加固作用评价

摘要 针对滨海环境区梁构件碳纤维加固效果的问题,结合桥梁静载试验验证的理念,对桥梁上部结构碳纤维加固前后进行静载试验,通过比较碳纤维加固前后的位移、应力值,获得碳纤维加固前后承载能力提高情况,同时了解碳纤维加固后,梁结构是否满足设计要求。通过静载试验结果分析可知:梁构件碳纤维加固效果良好,可以推广使用。 Aiming at the carbon fiber reinforcement effect of beam member in coastal environmental zone and combined with the idea of bridge static load test validation,the static load tests are carried out before and after the carbon fiber reinforcement of bridge superstructure.According to the comparison of the displacements and stress values before and after carbon fiber reinforcements,the improvements of bearing capacity are shown before and after carbon fiber reinforcements,and also the beam structure is understood whether or not to satisfy the design requirement after carbon fiber reinforcement.The analysis of static load test result shows that carbon fiber reinforcement effect of beam member is good and can be widely used.
