摘要
文章依托于某高桩码头装卸工艺升级改造工程,基于通用结构安全评估方法,结合高桩码头结构、装卸工艺和计算等特点,提出一套实用、简明的高桩码头装卸工艺基础结构安全评估方法。依托工程评估实例表明,已建卸船机基础结构初始评估等级D级,当将卸船机基础位置平移至邻近横梁后,结构评估等级可达到A级,建议卸船机采用此方案进行整改;未建卸船机建设位置选择于立柱正中,结构评估等级可达到A级,推荐卸船机采用此方案进行建设。研究成果可为依托工程提供依据及为类似工程提供参考。
Relying on loading unloading technology upgrading project of a high-pile wharf,based on general structural safety assessment methods,and combined with high-pile wharf structure,loading and unloading technology,computing and other features,this article put forward a set of practical and concise infrastructure safety assessment methods for loading and unloading processes of high-pile wharf.As shown by engineering assessment examples,the initial assessment level for the infrastructure of completed ship unloader is Level D,but after moving the ship unloader base position to the adjacent beams,its structural assessment level can reach Level A,thus it is recommended to use this program for unloader rectification;when the construction place of un-built ship unloader is located in the middle of columns,its structural assessment level can reach Level A,the unloader shall use this program for con-struction.The research results can provide the basis for this project and provide the reference for similar projects.
