摘要
蜂胶具有显著的抗病原微生物作用,但由于蜂胶来源丰富,成分复杂,从采集到提取加工又要经历多个环节,因此蜂胶抗病原微生物活性的影响因素多种多样。对蜂胶提取方式、乙醇浓度、p H值、地理源、蜂种和与抗生素配伍等蜂胶抗病原微生物活性的影响因素相关研究进展进行综述,以期为蜂胶抗病原微生物活性的进一步研究以及开发利用提供参考。
Propolis has a significant antimicrobial activity, which is influenced by various factors due to its complex and variable chemical composition. In this article, we reviewed the research progress on various influence factors on the antimicrobial activity of propolis, including extraction methods, ethanol concentration, pH values, geographical origins, bee species, combinations with different antibiotics, aiming to provide reference for the further research and utilization of antimicrobial activity of proDolis.
