摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定子午线轮胎用钢帘线镀层铜含量及镀层厚度。子午线轮胎用钢帘线样品的镀层用氨水(1+1)溶液15mL和质量分数为30%过氧化氢溶液1mL溶解,然后用盐酸(1+1)溶液15mL酸化。选择铜的分析谱线为217.894nm。铜的质量浓度在8.50mg以内与其发射强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.01mg·L-1。方法用于钢帘线样品的分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.15%~4.0%之间,测定值与容量法测定结果相符。
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of copper in the plating layer of the steel cord of meridional tire and also the thickness of the plating layer.The sample of the steel cord was treated with 15 mL of NH3·H2O(1+1)solution and 1mL of 30%(wH2O2%)H2O2solution to dissolve the plating layer,and then the solution was acidified with 15 mL of HCl(1+1)solution.Analytical spectral line of 217.894 nm was chosen for the determination of Cu.Linear relationship between values of emission intensity and mass content of Cu was kept in the range within 8.50 mg with detection limit(3s)of 0.01mg·L-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of steel cords,giving values of RSD′s(n=6)in the range of 0.15%-4.0% and the results obtained were in consistency with the values obtained by volumetric method.
