摘要
影响钢帘线与橡胶粘合力的主要因素一是钢帘线的结构、镀层合金的组分和厚度、表面状态等；二是子午线轮胎生产的橡胶配方、结构设计和制造工艺。建议国家子午线轮胎及钢帘线技术主管部门和有关科研院所重视此课题的研究，制订钢帘线与橡胶粘合力的标准配方和试验方法，确定权威的仲裁机构。
The main factors affecting the adhesion between steel cord and rubber are of two aspects:one is the structure of steel cord,the composition of coated alloy,the thickness and surface state of coating;the other is the formulation of rubber,the design of structure,and the technology for producing meridian tyre It is advised that national department responsible for the technology of meridian tyre and steel cord and the institute concerned pay great attention to the research of this problem,formulate standard formulation and testing methods for the adhesion between steel cord and rubber,and define authoritarian arbitration organization
