摘要
采用大极板(阴极有效面积2.6m2以上)电积技术的现代电解锌企业生产操作已实现全自动化。自动化操作最为显著的特点是,通过使用阴极剥锌机,实现剥锌操作的自动化,从而避免高强度的人工剥锌。优良的设计是实现自动剥锌的首要因素,但仅此一点是不够的。隐藏在高效剥锌之后的是大量正确操作和优秀管理,并且是其最终显现的结果。也就是说,当出现剥锌故障时,更多的是由于外因导致的,而不是内因。本文将阐述关键外因对剥锌操作的影响,主要涉及阴极板刷洗,阳极板拍平,喂液,掏槽等操作规范。同时提供例证及模拟数据以支持本文观点。
Modern electro-winning cellhouses using large size cathodes(over 2,6 m2) are designed to be operated in a fully automated mode. The most visible piece of such an automated operation is the cathode stripping machine which avoids any labour-intensive manual stripping task. A performing automated stripping will be the forst point with a well-designed machine. But this is not enough. An efficient stripping is only the final result of several well-managed operation items. That means that when the stripping fails, it is better to look for "external" reasons than for intrinsic causes in most times.The purpose of this article is to explain the impact of key "external" criteria on the stripping stage. Cathode brushing, anode flattening, electrolyte distribution, cell cleaning are some of the criteria which will be analysed. Examples and simulated figures will support the presentation.
