摘要
锌电解需要清理的阳极泥有两种,一种附着在阳极板上的阳极泥,另一种是沉积在电解槽底的阳极泥。本论文主要阐述用不横电的方法清理槽底的阳极泥。此法劳动强度低,易于调节控制,平均每10 min就能清理一槽,大大提高工效。
In zinc electrolysis two anode slime are required to clean , one is adhered to positive plate, the other is deposited in electrolyser This paper summurizes the method using nonconstant - current to clean anode slime in electrolyser. This method are low work intensity, easily control, the cleantime for one electrolyser is 10 minutes, so that work efficiency is greatly increased.
