摘要
当前酒店服务业面临着严重的生存困境,除了积极寻找转型之路外,通过固定收益管理的手段对客户进行分析及细分,从而帮助酒店抓住优良客户,更为有效的提高利润,提升企业价值提供了一个很好的依据。本文通过对D酒店的案例分析,来具体说明固定收益管理在酒店服务业的运用。
The current hospitality industry is facing serious survival plight. In addition to actively looking for transformation path, analyzing and subdividing the customers by constant return management provides good basis for helping the hotel to catch good customers, more effectively increasing profits, improving enterprise value. Through the case analysis of D Hotel, this paper specifically expounds the application of constant return management in hotel service industry.
