摘要
目的研究分析卵巢肿瘤切除患者接受优质护理的重要性,探讨该护理方式对患者术后生存率和生活质量的改善效果。方法 2012年2月~2014年4月我院接收了90例行卵巢肿瘤切除手术治疗的患者,对这些患者接受优质护理的效果进行分析。结果全部患者都接受了优质护理,共有58例开腹手术患者和32例腹腔镜手术患者,腹腔镜组患者并没有发热和盆腔出血症状,开腹手术组有2例并发症病例。结论卵巢肿瘤切除术手术结合专业优质护理可以提升患者的手术治疗效果,改善患者的术后生活质量,降低并发症发生率,临床中具有应用价值。
Objective To study the importance of quality care for patients with ovarian tumor resection, and to explore the effect of nursing care on the survival rate and quality of life. Methods 90 cases of ovarian tumor resection were received in our hospitalfrom February 2012 to April 2014, and the effect of high quality nursing was analyzed. Results All patients were treated with high quality nursing, there were 58 cases of open operation and 32 cases of laparoscopic operation, the patients with no fever and pelvic bleeding symptoms, 2 cases of open surgery group. Conclusion Combined with high quality nursing can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications, and has high application value in clinical practice.
