摘要
目的研究分析恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子对晚期乳腺癌患者的临床治疗价值。方法选取2004年8月~2006年3月我院的63例晚期乳腺癌患者进行研究分析,对患者治疗前后血清TSGF值进行测量分析,评价治疗效果。结果晚期乳腺癌患者临床中接受治疗之后其血清TSGF值显著下降（P〈0.05）。结论观察晚期乳腺癌患者的血清TSGF值变化情况可以起到病情监测的效果,对治疗后的随访评估具有非常高的价值。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of malignant tumor specific growth factor in patients with advanced breast cancer, and to explore its application value. Methods 63 cases of advanced breast cancer patients were chosen to study and analysis in our hospital from August 2004 to March 2006, the patients before and after treatment serum TSGF values were measured and analyzed to evaluate the effect of treatment. Results The serum TSGF values of patients with advanced breast cancer were significantly decreased after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is effective to observe the changes of serum TSGF in patients with advanced breast cancer.
