摘要
目的探讨加速康复护理对于胃大部切除术后康复的作用。方法根据护理方法的差异,将我院应用胃大部切除术治疗的108例患者分为对照组(常规术后护理)和研究组(加速康复护理)各54例,对比两组术后恢复时间以及护理满意度。结果研究组术后住院时间(5.37±1.42)d,护理满意度(96.30%)与对照组相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论加速康复护理有利于缩短胃大部切除术后患者住院时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the significance of accelerated rehabilitation nursing for the rehabilitation of the patients after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods According to the differences of nursing methods,108 patients treated with subtotal gastrectomy were divided into control group（routine nursing,n=54）and research group（accelerated rehabilitation nursing,n=54）. The recovery time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In research group,the hospitalization time was（5.37±1.42）d,nursing satisfaction rate was（96.30%）,when compared with the control group,there were significantly differences（P 0.05）. Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation nursing is beneficial to shorten the hospitalization time and improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
