Practice and Thinking on the Performance Management in a Public Hospital

摘要 公立医院改革要求医院加强绩效管理,提高效率满足社会医疗保障的需求。某院为做好绩效管理工作,设置了绩效管理委员会,科学地划分好绩效办公室和职能部门的职责,依照平衡计分卡理论设计了符合科室工作实际的绩效考核体系,设计了与绩效考核匹配的薪酬激励制度,搭建了绩效指标数据处理系统,较好地解决了绩效组织体系、绩效考核指标、绩效信息化和绩效薪酬问题,在提高医院绩效和实现整体管理目标的实践中取得一定成绩。 The reform of public hospital requires strengthen the performance management of the hospital and improve efficiency to meet the demand of society medical treatment guarantee. In order to do well in the performance management work, our hospital established a performance management committee, divided the responsibility of performance management office and function departments scientifically. We designed performance examination system consisted with the factual work situation according to balance score theory, formulated salary stimulation system consisted with performance examination, established performance index deal system, which solved the problems of performance organization system, performance examination index, performance informatization and performance salary better, and got certain achievement in the improvement of hospital performance as well as the practice of the goal realization of general management.
