摘要
本文对广西开展跨境人民币贷款业务的现状和难点进行分析,运用SWOT工具探讨广西开展跨境人民币贷款面临的机遇、优劣势和市场威胁,以广西境内首笔跨境人民币贷款——中马钦州产业园区启动区标准厂房项目为案例模板,参照对比与前海、上海自贸区开展跨境人民币贷款的共性和差异,探索性研究符合广西沿边金融改革方向的跨境人民币贷款模式和做法,并提出完善试验区跨境人民币贷款管理的政策制度、可采取的跨境人民币贷款模式的建议。
This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems of cross-border RMB loan in Guangxi, using the SWOT model to discuss opportunities, advantages, disadvantages and threats of Guangxi to carry out cross-border RMB loan. Then the paper takes the first case of cross-border RMB loan in Guangxi as a typical research material and studies the similarities and differences of cross-border RMB loan among Guangxi, Qianhai and Shanghai. Some inno- vative cross-border RMB loan patterns and operations are analyzed, and some advice and policy measures are pro- posed to improve the current situation.
