摘要
在人民币国际化加速推进的背景下,跨境人民币结算业务量大幅上升,香港等人民币离岸中心的人民币存款量持续增加。如何借助国家对前海深港现代服务业合作区开发开放的战略机遇,率先对注册在前海的企业启动跨境人民币贷款业务,对于扩大香港人民币存款的回流渠道、推动建立利率市场化调节机制具有重要意义。
Under the background of RMB internationalization,business of Cross-border settlement has risen rapidly.The deposit amount of RMB offshore center,Hongkong,London,etc.has been increased dramatically.In virtue of the development of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hongkong modern service cooperation zone,stimulate Cross-border loans for companies registered in Qianhai,which will expand the back-flow of RMB offshore deposits in Hongkong and construct the marketization of loan interest rate.
