摘要
采收后的青核桃需及时脱青皮,否则易导致果仁霉变,因此核桃脱青皮机械是核桃初加工环节中不可或缺的设备。文中重点介绍了国内目前采用的机械化脱青皮技术原理及相关设备,分析了设备的优缺点,为后续核桃脱青皮机械设备的进一步优化与开发提供了参考对策与建议。
Green walnut need to be peeled timely after harvest or the nuts will be moldy, So the green walnut pealing ma- chine has become an indispensible equipment during walnut prehminary working process.This paper focuses on existing domestic technology principle of the mechanical peeling and related equipment, analyses and points out the advantages and dis- advantages of these equipment.This text provides suggestions and references for further optimization and further development of walnut peeling machine.
