摘要
目的初步探讨血浆胰岛素、C—肽检测在糖尿病诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年2月—2015年6月该院收治的64例糖尿病患者为观察组研究对象,同时随机选取同一时间段在该院接受体检的56例健康体检人员为对照组研究对象,采用化学发光免疫分析法对血浆胰岛素、C—肽水平进行检测。结果观察组空腹、进食2 h后血浆胰岛素水平、C—肽水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血浆胰岛素、C—肽水平检测可以反映患者胰岛素分泌功能,在糖尿病检测和诊断中具有重要应用价值,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of plasma insulin and C- peptide indiagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods From February 2015 to June 2014, 64 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation group, and 56 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group. The levels of plasma C and serum were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results The levels of plasma insulin and C- peptide in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Plasma insulin and C-peptide level can reflect the function of insulin secretion, and it has important application value in the detection and diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. It is worthy of clinical application.
