摘要
私立大学作为台湾高等教育重要的组成部分,经过60多年的实践积累和探索,董事会、校长、监察人、校务会议等内部治理机制的良性运作,刺激了台湾私立大学的快速发展。完善的法律规章体系及政策,明确的内部治理权力制衡机制以及和谐的民主协商治理环境,成为台湾私立大学快速发展的助燃气。独具特色的台湾私立大学内部治理模式,对大陆民办高校的快速稳健发展具有一定的启示意义。
As an important part of higher education in Taiwan, after the accumulation of more than sixty years of practice and exploration, the benign operation in the internal governance mechanism of the board of directors, princi- pals, supervisors and academic affairs meetings, has stimulated the rapid development of private universities in Tai- wan. Perfect laws, regulations and policies, a clear internal governance power balance mechanism, as well as a harmo- nious democratic consultation governance environment, become an assistor of the rapid expansion of private universi- ties in Taiwan. The unique internal governance model has a certain significance in terms of rapid development of pri- vate universities in China Mainland.
