摘要
独立学院是我国高等教育大众化进程中的一个创新,其机制具有相对优势,可以成为高校管理体制机制改革的先行者和探索者。独立学院的健康发展有赖于落实法人治理,并建立高效合理的管理运作机制。
Independent college is an innovation in the process of popularization of Chinese higher education. With certain system advantages, independent college can be an explorer ＆ pioneer of management system reform of higer education. In order to develop healthily, independent college must establish corporate governance ＆ effective management system.
