摘要
介绍了冷轧平整过程中钢卷表面的黑斑缺陷,包括缺陷的发生规律、本质、产生原因以及控制措施。指出板面清洁度差、平整液残留、防锈油涂油不均是造成缺陷的根本原因。通过提高冷轧钢板表面清洁度,保证平整液吹扫效果和涂油均匀,以及适当优化生产计划组织,可以有效防止此类黑斑缺陷的发生。
Black spot defect on the surface of cold-rolled coils was introduced, including appearing rule, essence, causes and countermeasures of the defect. It was pointed out that the defect were caused by low degree of surface cleanliness, residual of tempering lubricant and ununiformity of oiling process. This defect could be effectively controlled through enhancing cleanliness of steel sheets, ensuring good blowing effect of tempering lubricant and uniformity of oiling, and optimization of production plan.
