摘要
用化学成分、金相显微组织分析、电导率测试等方法,对6A02-T4铝合金板材局部黑斑缺陷进行了分析研究。结果表明,该缺陷是由于板材淬火过程中应力引起板材变形,使板与板之间局部接触,而在酸、碱洗过程中蚀洗不充分所致。通过控制淬火时的夹片量、增加酸洗、碱洗时间,可避免其黑斑缺陷的产生。
The dark stains with leaf morphology on 6A02-T4 aluminum alloy sheet surface have been investigated by chemical composition analysis, metallurgical microstrueture analysis and electrical conductivity testing. The results show that this kind of defects are occurred due to contacting points between the sheets having stress deformation during quenching process, the acid and alkali at the contacting points can not be washing out sufficiently. Therefore to reduce the quenching batch-pieces, to increase pickling time and alkali washing time can eliminate the dark stain defects.
