研究设计集公路网运行日常监控与协调管理、突发事件预测预警与应急处置及综合出行信息服务为一体的省级公路网运行监测与综合管理系统。详细阐述了系统的设计需求、系统架构和功能设计。
In this paper the provincial highway network operation monitoring and comprehensive management information system is studied and designed which is composed of highway network operation monitoring and coordination of the daily management, emergency pre-warning and emergency disposal and comprehensive travel information service. The system demand, system structures and functional design are described in detail.
