摘要
设置了对照(0%)、0.1%、0.5%、2.5%不同浓度古龙酸母液的盐碱土壤盆栽实验,测定盆栽小白菜的产量指标,同时测定土壤微生物数量和酶活性,从土壤微生物的角度评估其生态质量.结果表明,0.5%的古龙酸母液显著提高了盆栽小白菜的产量,增幅达29.6%,而2.5%的古龙酸母液显著降低了小白菜产量.与对照相比,0.5%的古龙酸母液显著提高了土壤细菌、放线菌和真菌数量,增幅分别为114.0%、35.2%和105.9%;显著增加了土壤淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶活性,分别提高了72.5%、48.9%、67.6%、118.0%和82.9%;同时也显著提高了土壤生物肥力指标(BIF)109.4%和酶活性指数(EAN)62.0%.0.1%和2.5%的古龙酸母液对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响与对照相比差异不显著.因此,0.5%的古龙酸母液能够显著改善土壤质量,增加作物产量.
Alkali-saline soil pot experiments with different concentrations( 0%,0. 1%,0. 5% and2.5%) of gulomic acid residue after evaporation( RAE) were conducted in this study,and the yield index of pakchoi,soil microbe quantity and enzyme activities were determined. The ecological quality of RAE on alkali-saline soil was evaluated from soil microbes. The results showed that the yield of pakchoi was increased by 29. 6% with 0. 5% RAE,and was decreased significantly at a concentration of 2.5%. Compared with control,the quantity of soil bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi were increased by 114.0%,35.2% and 105.9% respectively with 0.5% RAE,and the activities of amylase,protease, urease, catalasea, dehydrogenase, biological index of fertility( BIF) and enzyme activity number( EAN) were enhanced by 72. 5%,48. 9%,67. 6%,118. 0%,82.9%,109.4% and 62.0%,respectively. Soil microbe quantity and enzyme activities were not significantly affected with 0. 1% and 2. 5% RAE compared with control. Therefore,soil quality and crop yield could be improved by RAE at a concentration of 0.5%.
