摘要
跨系统区域图书馆联盟是在一定区域内实现图书馆资源共建共享,实现文献信息资源和服务最大化、最有效的利用,充分发挥图书馆的社会功能。跨系统区域图书馆联盟的发展需要政府支持、各成员馆的协作和社会各界的共同努力。目前,区域图书馆联盟面临着发展不平衡、经费来源不足和资源整合程度低的发展现状,文章探讨跨系统区域图书馆联盟的运作模式,构建联盟发展的保障机制。
Regional library consortium crossing system is to realize the sharing of library resources in a certain region, to achieve the information resources and services, to make the most effective use and give full play to the social function of the library. The development of regional library consortium crossing system needs the government support, the cooperation of all members and the common efforts of all sectors of society. At present, the regional library consortium is facing unbalanced development, the shortage of funds and the low level of resources integration. The article discusses the operation mode of the regional library alliance and the guarantee mechanism of the development of the alliance.
