摘要
中小城市区域图书馆联盟的建设是我国图书馆事业发展的需要,是克服中小城市图书馆发展条块障碍的需要,是方便读者近距离获取印刷型文献的需要。中小城市图书馆具备了联盟的外部条件、内在基础和可借鉴的成功经验,中小城市区域图书馆联盟具有可行性。中小城市区域图书馆联盟要选择适合自己的组织模式和管理模式,制定相应的联盟策略和联盟内容,获得多途径的经费支持,以提高我国文献资源的开发利用与共享。
The construction of regional library consortia in small and medium-sized cities is necessary for developing Chinese librarianship,overcoming obstacles of library development in small and medium-sized cities,facilitating readers acquiring printed resources closely.External conditions,internal basis and successful experience of libraries in small and medium-sized cities constitute the feasibility of constructing the regional library consortia.The regional library consortia in small and medium-sized cities should choose their own organization and management model,establish appropriate strategies and contents,and obtain financial supports through various channels,so as to improve the development,utilization and sharing of domestic literature resources.
