摘要
在当前经济金融全球化的背景下,我国资本项目开放与人民币国际化进程稳步推进,跨境资本双向流动趋势愈发明显,对我国经济金融平稳运行产生的冲击和影响不容忽视,加强对跨境资本流动的宏观审慎监管非常必要。本文在对同样是世界新兴经济体的智利、韩国、巴西的跨境资本流动宏观审慎监管历史实践进行深度分析的基础上,借鉴其经验得出我国完善跨境资本流动宏观审慎监管体系的启示。
Under the background of economic and financial globalization, China is steadily pushing forward the process of opening the capital account and RMB internationalization. The two-way cross-border capital flow trend is more and more evident, which has significant influence on financial stability. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize the macro-prudential supervision of cross-border capital flows. Based on a deep analysis on the historical practices of macro-prudential supervision of cross-border capital flows from Chile, Korea and Brazil, this paper tries to get impor- tant implications from the evidence of these emerging economies on how to construct China＇ s macro-prudential supervi- sion framework on cross-border capital flows.
